Relaxing base for discovering Osaka. We loved our room that was cleaned and available with park view and a bath, for instance. Walking distance to stores and duty free stores across the street.

I loved that hotel's lobby was nice. Fruit, fresh bread, meats, jam and eggs were fine and overall there was plenty of food. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with 4 single beds, nice decor and shower.

I would say it's excellent place for staying and exploring Osaka. You could walk to stores and convenience stores. You can find E-Poch an easy walk to the hotel to a have lunch.

attractive room with soft bed and flat-screen tv, terrace and nespresso coffee. cooperative personnel, was willing to help. reasonably priced location, next to restaurants, the park and train, though the area was underwhelming. hassle-free check in and nice service.

Very enjoyable stay, COURTEOUS staff, fairly quiet rooms. I got free upgrade and loved it. Overall clean and cozy hotel in Osaka Bay district. Also - next to the train station. Late check out too.
